Sara opened her eyes slowly, the faint glimmer of light hinting at dawn , allowed her to see the four walls of her tiny room. Sighing , she rolled of the rough straw mattress and moved to hurriedly dress. There would only be minutes before the bell would sound calling them to early morning prayers. The corse weaver of the drab novice robe rubbed against her skin uncomfortablely. The bell sounded two rings ...taking a deep breathe she walked from her room , the morning chill was in the air as she crossed the square to the chapel making her nipples ache more.
