There was a section of the house with rooms on the second floor that was called the west wing by the Hallworth family. Actually the grandparents had used these rooms in time past before they had inevitably joined the posthumous ranks of their ancestors. The servants spent a week getting the rooms repainted, cleaned and refurbished for the upcoming wedding.
