Genie 7 By Will Buster

"So when am I going to meet your new chick Tony?" Major Healy popped the question Tony had hoped wouldn't come. How would Genie react to a guest or two at his modest home? He'd socialized with Roger of course but it was usually at a tavern or some officer's party. Usually Roger had some new honey on his arm that Tony used to inwardly yearn for. But thanks to the incredible antics of Genie he was no longer showing any desire to get together with the Major or anyone else for that matter.

Roger couldn't help noticing that lately, Tony showed very little interest in anything on or off the base. He hadn't been able to coax Tony to hang out at the Winking Judge tavern and as for officer's parties; well he hadn't seen Tony at one since early July. It was all very strange and he figured this Genie or whatever her name was, must be the reason behind it all.

Tony sighed, "I'm not sure it's worth your notice Roger. You always seem to be able to pick up some new bombshell of your own. I mean what difference does it make?"

Roger chuckled and his grin widened. "Trying to keep her all to yourself eh? I'm just dying of curiosity. She must be something else if Light Colonel Nelson can be kept from snuffing up the crumbs that fall from "The Great Man's table." ...
