Rhianna ran to the bed and flung herself down and she couldn't stop the tears from coming. She was so mad at Kerri for doing that to her. Kerri should have known just how scared she was that she wouldn't like what she had written. Kerri was important to her and her opinion meant so much to her. It was then she heard the cabin door close and she heard footsteps coming toward her. She turned her head away from those steps as she knew that Kerri was coming to her. She felt Kerri's hand on her back before she heard her soft voice.

"I'm sorry about doing that to you. I was playing a little joke on you and that was insensitive of me. I do know what it's like to have to wait for someone to read what you have written and then fearing that they would think what you have written was shit. I have been there before but I guess that I forgot what it was like. I guess I have enough success now that I stopped caring what others think of my writing. It was a cruel joke that I played on you and I'm sorry. I do hope that you will forgive me." Kerri told her.

Rhianna listened carefully to each word that Kerri said and she knew from the tone of her voice that she really was sorry that she had not told her what she thought sooner. But Rhianna wasn't ready to forgive ...
