Dan and Kim had it all...a big house in a great neighborhood, nice cars and 2 great kids. That is until Dan was downsized out of his job and they lost it all.

They had lost most of what hey had in material things and decided that instead of Dan looking for another job they would start their own business. Dan had always loved landscaping and decided that that was what he wanted to do. Kim supported this decision and was willing to help out.

That’s when the trouble started.

Business was good and by the approaching first summer of business they needed to hire on some help. Dan was busy quoting and working the jobs and left the task of hiring summer help up to Kim.

Kim ran an ad in the local papers and set up a Saturday to do most of the interviewing.

She had received several applications and there were only 2 positions available. Most of the applicants were students and that was what they were looking for...help for the summer only.

That Saturday Kim interviewed about 20 potential candidates and was down to the last 2 interviews. ...
