At 32 years of age, I just finished going through an ugly divorce that left me with less in my bank than I would have liked. I decided to sell the house that I won in the settlement and purchase an affordable townhouse closer to my work and the gym I started visiting.

The nice thing about my townhouse is that I only shared the south wall with a neighbor, and the neighbor was an elderly lady that seemed to be constantly traveling.
