THE CALL AND THE FIST

The Texas town was a forgotten oil burg, right out of the Last Picture Show. Lorenzo said this aloud as he drove through the dusty streets looking for a motel.

The one hotel in the jerkwater town was well past it's best days but it would have to do. It was perfect for what Lorenzo needed. He registered them and then escorted Julie to their sparse room. The sun was setting on the huge horizon of the flat west Texas hemmroid.
