"There's going to be a tournament at Ashby lord Cedric." Brian Gilbert was sitting in Cedric's hall as an honored guest of the older baron. Brian was of the knight's Templar and one of Prince John's most valuable vassals. Another valorous knight accompanied the Templar by the name of Thomas Debrassey.

Cedric and Wilfred sat across the wide, rough wood table that served as the place where important guests were entertained. Brian asked quietly barely suppressing a smirk on his handsome face. "Will you come to Ashby to see the Saxons humbled?"

Cedric snorted, "My son here will tame a Norman or two. What do you think Wamba?"
