Sitting on the sun lounger watching the warm morning sun shimmer in the crystal blue water of the Mediterranean, I sat allowing my mind to drift back to the day that I realised that I finally had the money to fulfil her dreams and hopeful mine in the process.

Watching the first of the sun worshippers walk onto the beach then lie down for a days sunbathing I couldn't help but realise how lucky we were to get this hotel at such short notice.
