Cassandra has a workout date at the gym before she leaves on her trip.

I woke up an hour later after Aaron and I fell asleep. I got up and went downstairs to get a glass of water. While I was drinking the water, I heard my blackberry beep. I walked over to it and saw that I had a new email. I picked up the blackberry and opened the new email. It was from Karen, a woman that I had met at the gym a month ago.
