She was sitting in my office, after three years of not seeing or hearing from her, there she was and looking fantastic too.

It was 6:00pm on a normal Wednesday in the office, as usual I was the last person here, when I am on my own the front door to the building is locked, however today for some reason it had been left open. "Sorry John I lost you there for a few seconds" I said gesturing to Linda to sit down.

John started going over a few more points, however now I couldn't think about the contract details, to be honest all I really could think of is why is she here? I came back to reality with a big thud as a voice in my ear said "are you listening to me?"

"Sorry John, something really unexpected has just happened here that I need to deal with, can I call you back in the morning?"
