Alicia looked at the clock inside her car and let out an irritated sigh. It was ten thirty already and she was still stuck on the highway. She was really looking forward to seeing Dana and going shopping with her. Dana was very easy to get along with, and Alicia was hoping they could become good friends.

Fifteen minutes later, she finally pulled into Dana's driveway. Dana lived with her parents, in a fairly nice house. Like many of the girls in house, Dana did not have to work thanks to how well off her parents were. She rushed out of the car to ring the bell.

"There you are!" said Dana, opening the door. "What took you so long?"

"I'm so sorry! The highway was so busy, I even left the house early, but I was stuck in traffic for quite a while!"

"Well, that's okay. Let me get my coat and we'll go."

"I thought you wanted to play this morning..."
