A wolf in sheep's clothing!

The house was bloody freezing, why on earth the central heating wasn't working I just did not know. Its zero degrees outside with a prediction of snow on the way and no heating bloody typical.

Sorry I don't mean to rant and rave but it's just my luck to have this type of thing happen. I took on the job of redecorating this four bedroom detached house which the owners want to sell after I've finished. It had been rented out prior to this but it was left as a pigs sty when the tenants decided to move on so the owners have had enough and decided to sell up whilst there's still a house to sell!

I don't blame them after all if it my place I would have strung the bastards up for leaving it like it is but people today just don't care about anything at all especially something that belongs to another.

Everyone's out for themselves or so I thought until I met the neighbours next door.

I had been tidying up the garden prior to decorating when the husband approached me. "Morning," He said, "Are you looking after the property now it's empty?" "Well sort of," I replied, "I've got to get it decorated and the garden tidied up before they can sell it."
