Doris looked up and was instantly snagged by the kindest, softest brown eyes she'd ever seen. It wasn't just that the man standing beside her was handsome but his gaze sent an electric shock from the crown of her head to the sexy tips of her toes which peaked out from the open fronts of her four inch heels. She'd never reacted like that on a first impression encounter. Not only was his touch comfortable and strangely familiar, but it seemed to Doris that a jolt of energy zipped up her arm. She was reluctant to release the pleasant, lingering clasp.

His smile was even more winning than the kindness that flowed from his rich, deep voice. "So Miss Dillan, what are you working on?"

"What?" She was confused by the sudden surge of emotions. "Oh, right! ...
