Hi everyone, it's good to be back writing again, winter has taken a turn for the worst here in NZ...wet, windy and cold...but on the bright side we are heading toward summer and hopefully lots of sailing, wine and BBQ's

The transition had gone smoothly...perhaps a little too smoothly as it turned out. Steve...my husband had applied for a position with another company some two hundred miles from where we lived. The advert certainly made it sound exciting and worth making an application for.

He managed to be successful on the first interview and could not contain his excitement when they said he had to attend a second interview and that his wife was to accompany him also.

Now I was nervous...I hated interviews and worried in case he failed to get the position. I would ask myself was it my fault...did I contribute to his not being accepted. ...
