It was a sweltering summer day, the temperature hitting nearly 95 degrees. My girlfriend, Bobbi, and I were hanging out with our boyfriends and several of our friends at my parent's river house. The guys had been helping with some repairs in lieu of use of the house and my parents couldn't have been happier.
