Denise had taken her divorce from Dave very badly, yet only very few people knew that. She did quite a job of internalizing her angst and fronting the joys of a new found independence. She papered over her pains by launching herself full on into her re-launched career as a magazine editor. She not only returned to the trade after 5 years of absence, she did the near impossible. She superintended the birthing of a brand new magazine.

Looking at her own reflection in the mirror, she smiled then was promptly overwhelmed by a bittersweet reality of her life in recent times. Denise was still a very gorgeous. At 39 her flawless skin and lithe body bore testament to her beauty, yet even to her own seductive blue eyes, her punishing work schedule and innumerable cups of coffee over the past one year have left a heavy toll. Her nerves were shot, and she was burnt out completely. Something had to be done to salvage her from the path of self destruction.

With that thought her eyes wandered to call card on her mantelpiece. She quickly retrieved it and called the resort. Ten minutes later it was all arranged.
