Lisa had been a member of the gym for about 5 months now. She initially went to lose weight and firm up. But as always happened in these circumstances, she got fitter, felt better and wanted to gain even more fitness. It started with just going on the bike in the gym and using a few weights. Now she started following a stricter plan. She went 4 mornings a week, and tried to visit on a Sunday afternoon in the gyms last hour.
