I wrote this story years ago in the days of Polaroid cameras and cassette recorders. I've brought it up to date and revised it in other ways.

Toni lay in bed. She was alone since her husband Chris was away on a business trip. She lay on her back and almost automatically her legs spread apart. Her hand slipped down across her belly and gently touched her fleshy outer lips. She was feeling very erotic, in the mood for a fantasy. She could feel herself getting aroused at just the anticipation. She thought back to the most bizarre week of her life, the week when she learned the difference between plain sex and truly mind-blowing erotic arousal, the week when she first had sex with her future husband. It was when she was a senior at university. She must have been twenty-one. She'd had several sexual partners by then and had a steady boyfriend. She thought she knew all about sex, thought she knew all about that aspect of herself, but that week she learned that she'd only scratched the surface of her own sexuality. Her finger slowly stroked her clit as she relived that extraordinary week in her mind.
