The Master returned to the house on edge due to constant stress at work and so tired of a caseload that was INcreasing as fast as funding was DEcreasing. He was supposed to care about the downtrodden, assist them in making their lives better, but for the most part they wanted a free ride and those over him in the department were just trying to keep their job or get promoted. The real mission had long been lost.
