Ahh, summer! They say in spring love is in the air, but sex? Sometimes the heat of summer is the best place for that.

One weekend, several years ago a group of friends headed off to Mammee Lake for a little camping. The lake water was clear and warm and they swam and sun-soaked most of the day. They were all in their teens, Mike, Lorence, Jeff, Tammy, Kim and Marie. Living was good and they had their whole lives ahead of them. None of them were officially going out, but Jeff and Tammy kind of liked each other, while Mike and Lorence competed for the attention of the prettiest girl, Kim. Sadly this sometimes left Marie out in the cold, but for now nothing was set in stone and they were all friends just having a good time for the most part.

They were pretty typical kids I suppose. The boys fought and roughhoused while the girls relaxed in the sun on the anchored wooden platform out near the middle of the small lake. Occasionally the girls looked over to reassure the boys that they were suitably impressed with their childish behavior, only egging the boys on to attempt ever more outlandish things until one of them got hurt.
