Candy looked at Rik as they stood alone in the car park.

"Well jump in, maybe we can take the long way home as its getting dark". She winked at him as he got in beside her. She turned and threw her jacket onto the bench seat behind, brushed down her skirt and checked her hair in the mirror. She reached across into the glove compartment and took out two hair bands, looked again into the mirror, took a brush from her bag and carefully split her hair into two scanes and slipped a band around each. Looked back into the mirror and then smiled at Rik.

He was not sure how to react so leant over to kiss her, she pushed him back "Oh daddy you are naughty, you can't do that while I am driving, mummy would not like it, I need to concentrate but there will be a time and a place for that later". She laughed, switched on the engine, revved up the car and spun it round hard and out of the gates, Rik was puzzled but on yet another promise today he was not arguing. He held on as he felt himself pushed back in the seats as she screeched onto the dual carriageway and accelerated away.
