What a day. She stood in front of the mirror after a long day at work. Too many problems with clients, staff, co-workers. It was enough just to throw in the towel for the night and crawl under the covers and sleep away the stress. Things were bad enough at work but then she had to come home and deal with her kids and her husband. His day did not seem to be any better than hers. The two of them had to slug through picking the kids up from all their activities, making dinner and cleaning up, homework, missing assignments, arguments, bath time, bed time. She was exhausted. And there on the counter, as she looked at her slightly worn make-up and her disheveled hair in the mirror, she noticed a box from her husband. She already knew what was inside it. Some lacey lingerie and a hope that tonight they would reconnect and melt away all that stress. The only thought in her mind was "You've got to be kidding? How could I go from mom to ‘sexy wife' in a few minutes?" Her husband would be upstairs in a few minutes ready for her and she just stood in front of the mirror, discouraged and tired.

"He thinks the world of you. He thinks you are sexy and gorgeous." Her inner voice was asserting herself.

But I don't feel sexy or gorgeous.

"Just start getting undressed. It may help you get in the mood"
