Kathryn sat at her desk and watched Allison working at her desk trying not to smile. Allison was trying so hard to act normal and nonchalant about their encounter last night. Kathryn caught her breathing harder and could see her pulse fluttering in her neck. She had hooked her "fish" and now it was time to reel her in. The first step was to teach her that dowdy did not equal professional. Mmmm, time for a shopping trip.

When Kathryn suggested a shopping trip Allison was nervous and confused. But Allison couldn't turn down any opportunity to spend time with Kathryn. So now she was clearing Kathryn's schedule for the rest of the afternoon so they could go shopping. Allison could barely concentrate; what would they buy, where would they go and would she be an embarrassment? She decided to try to relax and enjoy the afternoon.

Kathryn led Allison down to the street where they hailed a cab. First stop Bloomingdale's, then Macy's, Victoria's Secret and a few other favorites Kathryn like to shop at. Allison trailed slightly behind Kathryn struggling to keep up with Kathryn's stride. Kathryn led Allison to the racks and started pulling out blouses, skirts, and jackets she wanted Allison to try on. She didn't give Allison a chance to protest. As soon as she was satisfied with the clothes she had chosen she pulled Allison to the dressing room.
