Marilyn's Story by Lady Grey

Marilyn was glad she had persuaded Todd, her husband, to bring her along to the company party. It was the first time she had been out in months. He was always either too busy or snowed under with paper work. She guessed that taking the job with Greenup's had been a good decision in some ways. Their standard of living had gone up, and, yes, their bank account had improved, but at what cost? They hardly ever went out these days, and as far as a sex life was concerned, it was almost non existent. Todd was either too tired or seemingly just not interested.

Marilyn had long since reverted to her own solutions. The drawer at the side of her bed now contained a varied selection of personal sex aids, not as good as the real thing, but when a girl has needs those needs need to be served. She had found an interesting mail order web site that supplied a wonderful selection of toys and tools: in fact, everything a frustrated woman like her needed.

So tonight was a special treat for her, and she was going to make the most of it. The bar was free, and Greenup's had put out a wonderful selection of delicious looking food on the buffet table. The only problem was she was already on her own. Todd was engrossed in conversation with another staff member. She walked over to the bar and ordered another martini from the ever helpful barman.
