As he walked off the plane in Dallas for his two week R&R; he spotted her in the crowd of well wishers for the Soldiers that came home. She was so beautiful, short blonde hair and green eyes. He felt his body shudder at the thought of holding her in the cabin in New Mexico. He went along the line of well wishers and shook men's hands and hugged the women. When he reached her he gave her a nice tight hug. He felt the smile come across his neck. She pushed something into his pocket and then all to soon he had to let her go. As soon as he reached the end of the line, his ex-wife and his parents came running up to him. They spoke for a while then turned and left the airport. She stayed to welcome home the remainder of the soldiers home. After about an hour of shaking and hugging men and women in the service, she turned and walked out of the airport and headed to her car.
