Nikki's Revenge 6 (The Moral dilemma)

Dropping Nikki and Kate off at Susan's for Sunday lunch, I guess I knew what lay ahead of me when I finally went over to my parents for Sunday lunch. Watching Nikki and my dad dance at the wedding, it was clear how much Nikki had turned things around. At the very least, my dad disliked Nikki before she moved in with us, at worst her common guttural accent and dress code would have made him angry, because in his eyes, women were beautiful flowers who should hold themselves with dignity and pride. The way Nikki dressed wasn't exactly his cup of tea.

Sitting down to Sunday lunch as we sat talking about the wedding, before I knew it my dad took the moral high ground and sat explaining that he never raised me as a cheat, but to cheat with Kate's sister was a line that no guy in his right mind should cross.
