Nikki's Revenge 9 (Time to reflect)

Authors Notes: From this one story, I've had plenty of feedback from readers asking me certain questions. While I don't want to give the plot away, I wanted to use this chapter of the story to answer some of the questions I've been asked. In many ways, the story can't move on without this chapter, although some of what you've read wasn't originally designed to be in this chapter and is in solely for the purpose of answering questions. Should you have any more questions, regarding this chapter, or previous chapters, while I won't give the storyline away....I will endeavour to answer any further questions through the internal E-mail system.

Driving home to an empty house for the first time in over three years, did make me wonder what it would feel like to live alone, yet as I looked around the house realising that all of the traces of Nikki and Kate were gone, I guess it did make me sit and think as I tried to clarify things in my mind.

Of course I fell in love with Kate early on in our relationship, it was hard not to, things just happened so fast that we could hardly keep our hands off each other. Even through the bad times, it was love that kept me from kicking Kate's sorry ass to the kerb.....and for one brief moment in time, things almost went back to the way they were....and I was happy. ...
