Food For Thought.

Authors Notes: yes this is my 100th story, and guess what....I only meant to write one.....enjoy.

Just under a year ago my wife Michelle quite literally bumped into an old school friend that she hadn't seen for almost 15 years. A few hours later, Michelle explained that Debbie was her best friend in school and as such, she had invited Debbie and her husband over for dinner the following weekend.

To put you in the picture, when I met my Michelle, I knew for a fact that because she was mildly shy around strangers, Michelle didn't have a wide circle of friends, so of course I was intrigued to hear what Michelle was like in her teens.

If I'm truly honest Debbie and David were a laugh a minute, so much so that we agreed to pack our kids off to the respective grandparents every Saturday night and make a night of it every week.

For the first few weeks, Debbie and Michelle were happy to catch up on what each other had done with their lives, David and I both have a really dirty sense of humour so of course we got on like a house on fire. Yet with each night that passed, the drunker we got as a group, the more intimate our conversations became. ...
