This is the first chapter of a longer story. Not much sex in this part, just setting up the characters for what is to come.

When I divorced I got a new job in Davis, California. I bought a small townhouse up there. The townhouse next door was rented by three students. It turned out they were all studying oenology at UC Davis, which is a fancy name for wine-making. And they were all very attractive, which is a fancy name for fuckable.

When the girls first told me their names I laughed.

"You are like three different wines," I said. "Charlie has blonde hair, and so is the white grape Chardonnay. Pippa has black hair, and so is like Pinot Noir. And Rose has red hair and is, well, a rosé."

"Well, you've no excuse for forgetting any of our names," Rose said giggling.

Charlie was a tall blonde, almost a stereotype of a southern California beauty. She had those long legs that seem to go on forever and that looked so perfect in the tight designer jeans she usually wore. She had large breasts, although because she was so tall they looked perfectly proportioned. If she'd told me she was putting herself through college by working in a strip club I wouldn't have been surprised.
