In the last update, Laura, Eva, and I had just left the Inn of the Dove and headed to the diner for breakfast. Somehow, I wound up paying for breakfast.

Well, it seems Eva is really liking this little tryst, a week after the Inn of the Dove meet, I got a text informing me that her Dr. husband was going to his country of orgin for a 3 week vacation, and she would be home all alone :(. Could Laura and I stop over in the next day or so to cheer her up :). Of course we could, when would the coast be clear? She said he was leaving that day, or had already left. I told her Laura was off work the next day, we would be there for breakfast, and she was cooking.

We arrived the next morning, Eva met us at the door in hiking shorts, and a white tshirt. She kissed us both, each of us getting a little tongue and led us to the kitchen. Fresh fruit, cold ceral, muffins, bagels, and a big carafe of coffee on the counter.
