The boredom that was Pam's life had become unbearable. Every day she got up, dressed in jeans and a sweatshirt, and kept her already immaculate house. At night she talked with her husband on the phone, listening to him droll on about his work and then went to bed alone.

At 42 years old, she wanted and needed much more from life. Money wasn't an issue, the trust fund her father left assured her a comfortable lifestyle, a couple of interesting vacations a year and enough money in the bank to buy just about anything she wanted.

Three months ago she left Russ, her husband of 18 years because he promised a life just as boring as it was now. He held no potential for excitement in the near future. While Pam wasn't ready for divorce she knew she needed something and it wasn't going to be found at their hobby farm and it wasn't likely to be with Russ. Russ was ten years her senior and married Pam fresh out of college. He was left with three kids when his wife was killed by a drunk driver so the young woman became their mother, raising them as her own. The situation was almost tailor made for Pam as she couldn't have children of her own, raising them did much to satisfy her maternal instincts.

What especially wasn't satisfied was Pam's sexual drive. Russ often traveled for his work, leaving her for months at a time with no company other than his children. The kids were great and showed Pam the love and respect a mother would expect but that just made it harder for the ...
