I sat, patiently riding in the car as we drove north. Not entirely sure what to expect, I hoped that the "surprise" my girlfriend had planned would be worth my time. It totally was.

Keeping my doubts to myself as we pulled into a small town in northern Michigan, I cheerily took Katie's arm in mine and began to wander the streets of the quaint hamlet. As we stepped into a large farmer's market I sighed, another bust. Katie sensed my melancholy immediately and reassured me, "Don't worry baby. This isn't your real present.
