My life with John by Lady Grey

First things, the story of an awakening.

Looking back I guess it was inevitable that things would go the way that they did. I don't know many couples that feel the same about each other after eight years of marriage. You probably still love your partner just as much and you can do all the things that these marriage counselors advise you, but it's difficult in the end for life with your partner not to become routine.

That's the way things had turned out with me and John. Even though our life together had never been routine, well not for the first eight years or so anyway, things of late had slipped that way. We met when I was seventeen, and we first had sex together on my eighteenth birthday. We both enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to move in together, and we found we enjoyed each other's company so much we decided to get married two years later.

During that period our life was good, sex was even better. We were both adventurous and willing to learn and experiment, so sex wasn't limited to the bedroom or even the house for that matter. I think we tried it almost everywhere we could, well, within reason, and that even included going as far as joining the mile high club on our first holiday flight over to Spain. ...
