It had been well over a month since Cole had enjoyed Shelly on an intimate level, specifically the night he had gone over for dinner and had Shelly for dessert. The next week she had taken off maternity leave from her doctor's advice and he had missed seeing her in the office. They kept in touch by texts and secretive calls as well as email but it wasn't the same for either of them. Cole missed seeing her in person and missed being with her.

Shelly sent him a text late one night letting him know she was going to the hospital as the baby was coming a week or so early. He thought about her all that next day and waited for word of delivery. It finally came just as he was about to leave work and he texted her back that he was happy all was okay with her and the new baby. Cole thought he would probably miss her belly more than she did since he was rubbing on it every chance he would get.

Back before she left for maternity leave she asked him what he would do once her belly was gone and he replied to her "I'll find something else to rub" She looked at him sideways and smiled but offered no complaint and felt his hand lightly smack her ass as she walked away.
