I stood in my bedroom packing an overnight bag trying to make sure that I didn't forget to take anything with me. My company was celebrating its 25th anniversary and had decided to throw a big celebration tonight. They were throwing the party at a big fancy hotel and had been nice enough to rent a bunch of rooms for all of the employees who would be attending. The higher ups in the company were all offered very nice suites with the only condition being that they had to pair up in groups of two. I had been with the company for many years and was considered one of the higher ups so I would be rooming with another female coworker for the night. They did this to prevent anyone from drinking and driving after the celebration. It was mid-afternoon when I finished packing my stuff and was soon on my way. The place was about an hour and a half away so I had a bit of a ride.

It took me about two hours but I soon arrived at the hotel. I headed for the front desk where I was greeted by an older woman. She asked me for all of my information and I was soon on my way up to my suite. My company had pretty much booked the entire fourth floor so that's where I would be staying. I made my way up to my room and was surprised when I walked in. It was a beautiful suite and looked more like an apartment than a hotel room. It had two small bedrooms which were divided by a wall, a small kitchen, a living room area and a nice bathroom. It offered some privacy which was nice. I settled in and decided to take a shower before getting dressed.
