A few months ago my husband had found one of my credit card bills and noticed how much credit card debt I had racked up. I had been spending recklessly and was almost $10,000 in the hole. I don't know how I lost control but I did. He threatened to divorce me on the spot but I pleaded and begged him not to. After a few hours of arguing, we came to the agreement that I would find a job and pay back every penny that I had spent. If I didn't, he would file for divorce and I would never see him again. I told him I would do the best I could to find a job and started looking the very next morning. It was a rough process, but I eventually was able to get a job at a local school. I had a degree in teaching and I was finally going to put it to use. I shared the news with my husband and he told me to do everything I had to do to get the bills paid.

About two weeks later, I started up at my new job and at first they set me up as an assistant for another teacher to see how I would do. I did that for the first few months before they finally transferred me to my own classroom. I was teaching second graders and finally started to get some paychecks to put towards my bills. Everything seemed to be going pretty good until a few weeks ago, when my supervisor came to me and informed me that he would be doing evaluations on each new teacher in the school. He was basically going to sit in the back of the classroom for a few lessons and see how I did. I became nervous and decided that I would do my best.
