Introduction: What with the real estate market somewhat stagnating, Mr Reynolds found himself with the dilemma of having to make one of his staff redundant. His problem being, which one. They were all keen go getters, with excellent sales in the many millions; however, the housing market was no longer able to support all four of his competent staff.
