I was packing a bag for an overnight stay at a hotel with some of my friends and was looking forward to a few fun days. One of my friends was getting married in a few weeks and we had all decided to go down the shore and celebrate. I guess you could call it somewhat of a bachelorette party. The plan was to head for the shore, check into our rooms at the hotel, enjoy our day on the beach and then head out for the night and hit a few bars. There were four of us that would be heading down. I finished packing up my bag and took care of a few things around the house before telling my husband that I was going to be heading out. He told me to go have a great time and enjoy myself and not worry about him. I gave him a kiss and soon found myself in my car heading south. It was a good two-hour ride and luckily there wasn't much traffic. I eventually arrived and made my way to the hotel and checked in at the front desk. I got the keys and headed up to my room. Within a couple of minutes I got a phone call from my friends and they told me that they would be arriving soon. I decided to slip into my bathing suit and headed out to the pool to get a little bit of sun while I waited for them to arrive. Eventually one by one all my friends arrived and joined me by the pool once they were settled in. We ended up spending the rest of the day lounging and tanning while planning out our evening. Towards the end of the day we headed to our rooms to go get ready for the night.
