Next morning we rose refreshed and after we had cleaned up, thrown a few things together and had breakfast, Michael and I headed north for the Sunshine Coast. Blue wasn't happy about seeing me departing without him. He was a pretty obedient dog so I knew he would settle down and not cause too much disturbance.

We arrived just before ten at the resort and I went to reception and asked for a twin share unit. The lass said that they had a special going for a one bedroom, twin share containing one queen size bed and an king single as well as a spa for two. The price sounded a bargain for three nights so I snapped up the offer and booked ourselves in.

"The unit is not quite ready," the receptionist advised, "but if you would like to have a coffee in our cafeteria, by the time you have finished that, it should be available."

I looked at Michael and he nodded so we went off for a caffeine break.
