A few weeks ago, I was invited by some coworkers to come hang out with them for a few drinks on Friday night. I really hadn't taken a night to myself in quite a while since having my baby and decided that maybe it would be a good thing. I could use a night away from usual rigors of being a mother and wife. I told them I would meet them at the local pub and they were happy. The rest of the day went by pretty smoothly and I was eventually on my way home to get ready for a night out. Once I was home, I took care of a few things before getting ready to go out. After showering, I went to my closet and decided on a tight pair of jeans and a nice dress shirt that showed some cleavage. It felt good to dress up a bit and be able to go out and enjoy myself. I was looking forward to having a few drinks and just unwinding a bit. I finished getting ready and eventually called a cab to drive me over to the pub.
