Caleb Johnson was a normal 18-year-old boy; well, he would describe himself that way. He was 6'3 with long red hair, green eyes, which was typical in his small New York town where most everyone was of Irish descent. His skin was pale and his build muscular.

Two years ago, he had been a short, scrawny kid who got bullied left and right. To build his confidence, his father signed him up for weight lifting. That's when everything started to change. He was weak to start, but he got stronger each session, adding 5lbs to his measly 45lb starting point each work out. By the end of the month, he was lifting over 100lbs in each lift, and by the end of three months, he was lifting 225lbs or more in every left.

Two years latter, he was jacked and he had no trouble showing off.
