The weekenders Part 3

The two couples sat back, beers for Kurt and Steve, white wine for their respective wives, Denise and Izzi, everyone clearly satisfied with their new vacation home; an easy hour from their urban neighborhood but seemingly much more distant, a large spacious house in a sparsely inhabited area near the ocean.

That was the beginning of their adventure that no one had foreseen but everyone agreed was the best thing that had ever happened to them.
