They had a deal. Nancy knew it. And Antonio knew it, too. After the IPO. That was the deal.

It had all been finalized at that IPO celebration dinner. Nancy and Antonio were going to fuck. In fact, there were only two questions about the plan. First, how rich would Antonio actually be after the IPO closed? Second, what would happen after Antonio and Nancy finally did fuck? What was going to happen then?

She never said it to his face, of course, but in her mind, that's what Nancy called him now: "Little VP Bill!" ...
