TEACHERS' PARTY

Brandon had graduated from high school the week before. He planned to spend the summer before college doing landscaping work around the neighborhood. So he was surprised when his English teacher, Ms. Andrews, called him about a job.

"Oh, I'm glad you're here. Come on in." Carol Andrews wore a short skirt and a loose blouse—not at all what she'd dressed in to teach her class.

"So, I'd like to offer you a job." She led Brandon to her living room and sat down, crossing her legs. "At the end of the school year, some of the teachers like to have a little party. And we pick one of our graduates to work at it. This year, it's you. What do you think?"

"Sure." Brandon shrugged. He tried not to stare at her long, tanned legs. She'd always worn pants and long skirts in school. Now her legs looked like she played tennis every day. "What do I have to do?"

She smiled. "Oh, just serve drinks and snacks. It's not that hard. But there's one more thing . . ."

Carol reached into the pocket in her skirt and pulled out a small piece of dark material. "You'll have to wear this." ...
