Finally the curtain can be pulled back and the secrets can be revealed. By the end of this part Steve (and the readers) will know what the job is and he can try to decide if all the stress was worth it... and if he and Lisa can handle it. All of the chaos and drama was necessary to understand the dilemma Steve is about to face and I can only hope the payoff of the job reveal was worth the wait. The introduction of Dana was pre planned, carefully fleshed out and edited because she serves a moral, long term story purpose. Now that everything comes to light, we will all see why the exams and interviews were so intrusive, and if it was not made clear, the chaos and stress was INTENTIONAL to set up the mood moving forward. This is my first attempt to write a story with this much depth, length and content, and it is a work of fiction.
