On Monday, many things returned to normal. Congratulations on the business accomplishment were warmly extended and received, and there was an aura of excitement and optimism throughout the company. The consensus was that Andrew was a bold, decisive, and effective leader and the staff all seemed to line up behind him, ready and eager to follow. Talk about a possible Initial Public Offering of stock resurfaced, simply as rumors and speculation at this stage.

About mid-morning James Shaw stopped by to offer his congratulations. "You did it, Andrew. You really did it. I'm so proud of you."

"Thanks, James. You were a big help, of course. I couldn't have done it without you."
