Dana Verma, was a 27year old Afro-Indian Origin software engineer, who had just managed to get herself sacked. She could not believe her luck! She was an MIT scholar and held 2 degrees in Computer Science - and as of right now she didn't have a job.

Dana, was 1 of the 7 unfortunate people in Xynergy Incorporation, to have gotten sacked - when their new project with Googlers ended abruptly with Googlers accusing Xynergy of mal practises and taking them to court. She and the 7 others we part of the out of court settlement deal.

Anyway - coming back to her predicament - Dana had unpaid bills, a mounting student's loan and daily expenses to meet. She had no job - and with Xynergy's out of court settlement - she couldn't hope to find anything good soon. And she absolutely refused to go back to her Doctor parents - who were settled in Indonesia.

Fiddling with her coffee in the daily diner - she frequented, she suddenly heard the waitress ask her rather insistently,:

"Hey Dana, are you ok? Girl you have been stirring your coffee for the good part of an hour! Whats up?"?
