Here is a little bit of the backstory to the first two episodes of "The Alice Project." Here is what Alice's life was like before Ed Jamison came into the picture. And, yeah ... (you'll have to wait for it), here is what happened after Alice's second trip to the 19th Floor of that Burlingame high rise building, the place where Alice's whole life changed on the Saturday night she first fucked Ed Jamison.

Alice's husband, Tim Barsman, got pretty good reviews at work, and he was more or less well respected and popular in the small town society that he inhabited. Tim was thirty-five, a sanitary engineer in the City's water and sanitation department, and his lovely wife, Alice, thirty, also got very good reviews, particularly from Tim's male friends. Tim's friends did not, let it be said, articulate to Tim their uncensored thoughts about Alice. Tim would not have liked that, and Tim had a rather quick temper. In fact, Tim could get really mean, really fast, particularly if he'd had a few.

The wives of Tim's friends were not quite so enthusiastic about Alice, since if Alice had wanted to, she could have been a real threat to the stability of their own family arrangements. Any one of their husbands would have fucked Alice in a minute, if they could have, as the wives well knew.
