Brad woke up almost happy Thursday morning. It had been a while since he'd truly been happy. He got ready for work and grabbed his lunch that Elayne had made from the fridge. His wife was still asleep when he left so he quietly shut the door behind him.

He got to work just as Phoebe was pulling into the lot. He parked near her car and watched her get out. Her fiery red hair was pulled into a pony-tail today. She was wearing jeans and a corporate polo today. Lust for her stirred up inside him and wanted her. But work started in ten minutes and that wouldn't be enough time for anything.

He walked into the building and put his lunch in the break room fridge and walked by Phoebe's cubicle. He said hi to several co-workers on his way to her. He leaned on her cubicle wall and said, "Morning."

She looked up at him and smiled back, "Morning."

"Any plans this weekend?" he asked for the benefit of anyone listening in. Friday night was going to be their night. A night to be together. At least for a couple of hours.

"Not really. I think I'll just stay in Friday night," she replied with a wink.
